2025 Parade of Homes
This event is a self-guided tour that gives you an exclusive look inside some of the most stunning homes and renovation projects across Kitsap County — including Port Orchard, Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Bainbridge Island.
Whether you're dreaming of building a custom home, remodeling your current space, or just love great design, this event is your chance to explore real projects by the area’s top builders, remodelers, and designers. From fully custom builds to small but impactful renovations, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), multi-family developments, and even commercial spaces — there’s something for everyone to experience and get inspired by.

Non-Member Pricing:
First Project: $2,080
(includes a one-year membership)
Additional Costs:
Refundable Sign Deposit (required): $100
Additional Directional Signage Refundable Deposit (optional): $10 each
- Directional signage are the yard signs that you will place around the community to help lead guests to your projects.
- The sign deposit covers a company logo sign for the front of your project and two directional arrow signs.
- You have the option to choose the orientation of your directional signs, whether pointing left or right.

Each participants' projects will have a full-page feature in the event magazine. Award winners will be recognized in both the Nov/Dec issue of WestSound Magazine and the October KBA Newsletter! Each winner will also receive an award at the Parade of Homes Awards Ceremony that can be prominently displayed at your home or business.
