Membership Renewal
Your KBA membership renews annually based on your original join date. Renewal invoices are sent in advance to give you plenty of time to renew without interrupting your membership.
Your annual membership includes your local Kitsap Building Association (KBA) membership, as well as your Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) memberships. Many of the valuable benefits you enjoy—including discounts, advocacy, educational resources, member savings programs, and other exclusive services—are made possible through these partnerships.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your benefits, we encourage members to renew by the invoice due date. Memberships that remain unpaid may experience a lapse in benefits and, after the applicable grace period, may require reactivation or a new membership application in accordance with KBA Bylaws.
If your business is experiencing a change in ownership, staffing, billing contacts, or you have questions about your renewal, please contact our office. We're always happy to help make the renewal process as smooth as possible.
