We Build Kitsap. Together.

The Kitsap Building Association (KBA) is the local voice for the building industry in Kitsap County. We bring together builders, remodelers, suppliers, trade contractors, and industry professionals to strengthen businesses, support housing, advocate for our members, and build a stronger community.

As a KBA member, you're also connected to two larger organizations that expand your reach and resources.

The Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) represents the building industry at the state level, advocating for members in Olympia while providing education, legal resources, and statewide programs.

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) represents the industry at the national level, advocating in Washington, D.C., while offering research, education, industry expertise, and resources that benefit members across the country.

One membership connects you to all three organizations. That means you receive the relationships and support of your local association, the advocacy and resources of your state association, and the influence and expertise of a national network—all through a single KBA membership.

“The best thing about getting involved with KBA is that you stop being a name on a roster and start being part of something. Working on the Home Expo Committee and serving on the Board has connected me with builders, suppliers, and neighbors I genuinely enjoy working with — and yes, that's brought business my way, but honestly that's not why I keep doing it. This association is only as good as the people willing to put in a little time. It's been worth every hour.”

Get Involved

One of the greatest benefits of KBA membership is the opportunity to get involved. Our committees, councils, and chapters bring members together to lead initiatives, influence the industry, plan events, and strengthen our community.
