Professional Women In Building (PWB)

The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council of the Kitsap Building Association is a nationally recognized council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). While our name highlights women in the industry, our council welcomes everyone who believes in developing strong leaders, supporting the workforce, and strengthening the building industry.


PWB is more than a networking group. Our members are builders, remodelers, suppliers, lenders, designers, REALTORS®, and industry professionals who come together to build relationships, share knowledge, mentor future leaders, and give back to our community.


Through educational programs, leadership development, networking events, scholarships, workforce initiatives, and community service, PWB is helping shape the future of the building industry in Kitsap County.


We're proud that our chapter was officially chartered by the National Association of Home Builders at the International Builders' Show in 2025 and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing councils in Washington.

Annual Membership

PWB membership is $80 per person, per year, and is available to individuals whose company is a member of the Kitsap Building Association.


Membership belongs to the individual—not the company—allowing you to build your own professional network and leadership journey.
